Accessory gearbox is an important transmission component. It is an independent innovation of the aero-engine. The main parts of an accessory gearbox include cylindrical gear wheel, bevel gear wheel, gear shaft, rolling bearing and so on. With the development of science, the performance of the aero-engine’s accessory gearbox has been continuously improved. Rolling bearing and gear shaft are the main widely used supporting and driving parts in a aero-engine rotor system, whose reliability have a significant impact on the rotor and the transmission power, especially in high speed. Therefore, in order to meet the needs of the new generation of advanced aero-engine, the analysis of reliability in high-speed rolling bearing and gear shaft is necessary.Rolling bearing and gear shaft’s driving rationale, heat transfer theory, finite element technique and reliability are the foundations of this article. First, on the base of ANSYS and APDL language tools, built up three-dimensional parameterization full-scale of rolling bearing and gear shaft. And then, analyzed the temperature field of them for studying the impact on strictly stress and distortion. That meant superimposed the temperature stress to the mechanical stress and coupling analyzed. At last, analyzed the rolling bearing and gear shaft’s reliability and sensibility by using surface corresponding theory. The major achievements and conclusions are as follows:1. Used ANSYS and APDL language tools and interface between UG and ANSYS, and built up three-dimensional parameterization full-scale of rolling bearing and gear shaft in an accessory gearbox driving system reliability.2. Built up the actual thermal analysis model, which was based on the different heat transfer of rolling bearing and gear shaft in the accessory gearbox. Studied the reliability of the accessory gearbox’s temperature field distribution within the flight envelope and in a typical active state 3. Studied how the driving parts’temperature field distribution had an impact on stress and distortion of rolling bearing and gear shaft. Superimposed the temperature stress to the mechanical stress and coupling analyzed.4. Analyzed the rolling bearing and gear shaft’s reliability and sensibility. Found out the weakness, and brought out improvement measures to enhance the reliability of the rolling bearing and gear shaft.
