In recent years, with the recovery of the international economy and driven by the airtransport market demand, the orders received by the world’s major civil aircraftmanufacturers increased substantially. With the means of regulation of the marketeconomy and fierce competition in the market, the decreasing cost and increasingefficiency be the primary goal of the manufacturing. Aviation enterprises can use themethods of the industrial engineering, analyzing the operation job and time to find out thebottleneck of the production line and targeted improvements. This will not only balancethe production line, but also reflects the concept of lean. Cost savings while increasingefficiency.According to the principles of sustainable development of the subcontract project, ithas to start from the beginning to establish the standard time, on the one hand to find outthe capacity bottleneck on the assembly line, raises multi-constraint conditions in theassembly line and apply the standard hours to analyze and optimize the operation of thebottleneck position; on the other hand, to adopt the value stream analysis methods, whichto achieve the lean improvements and capacity optimization and exhibit a real productionline. Then under the premise of simulation test, in order to verify the feasibility andcompliance of the standard time analysis. The effect of the thesis, through studying operation time standard to improve theproduction line, finally to realize the lean production field which in order to keep thelogistics and information flow in balance to meet the production. And better to increasethe production capacity over30%. Fast, stable limit from12to reach the monthlyproduction capacity to14even to16ship-sets.
