In recent years, domestic and foreign countries have built many large bridges, thosebridges mostly build in deep, complicated engineering geology rivers or seas. The lengthof Heigou super-large bridge is2826m, spanning Ren River, the maximum water depth is22m, the geological condition underwater is poorer, and the construction is very difficult.In view of hydrology, geological conditions and other characteristics of Heigousuper-large bridge in bridge foundation construction, in combined with engineeringpractice and referring to the domestic and foreign engineering on the basis of experience,put forward to the steel pipe pile as the main supporting pile construction in platformstructure, bored pile foundation as well as the steel jacket box high pile structure.Study the steel pipe pile platform construction process of Heigou super-large bridge,from the steel pipe pile processing and transport to the steel pipe pile positioning and shotto the top of pile foundation, construction and steel tube production and installation ofsteel pipe pile, and finally to the removal of such links were studied in detail, and a raisedplatform construction the quality control points and control measures.Bored pile construction is the important link in the construction of deep waterfoundation, proposed related technical parameter in foundation construction that suits toHeigou super-large bridge. Analysis some influence factors on the quality of bored pile,and puts forward some preventing hole collapse, hole shrinkage, plugging, broken pileand other problems measures.Aiming at the characteristics of large volume concrete construction, put forward theconstruction of steel hanging box construction technology, to ensure the constructionquality, reduce construction risk.The research results of scientific guidelines for Heigou super-large bridge deepwater foundation construction, to ensure that the foundation engineering constructionquality, to guide similar engineering has an important reference value.
