In recent years, the rapid development of transport and the construction of road networkis maturing in our country. Developing traffic brings people convenience but also bringsserious traffic and noise pollution and frequent traffic problem. Porous cement concretematerials, with its unique skeleton gap structure, paving into a drainage pavement cansignificantly improve the efficiency of road drainage, reduce the possibility of urbanwaterlogging, while improving driving safety and comfort, and reduce the traffic noise. Basedon the performance of the noise, drainage and other requirements, system study of porouscement concrete pavement material properties and composition design method.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign porous cement concrete pavement researchand application, summary of existing research results, the paper pointed out that the manyadvantages of the porous cement concrete materials, as well as unresolved issues in the fieldor specific test methods. A study on the raw material of the porous cement concrete pavementof a technical nature, and work evaluation methods, and put forward the work of evaluation-the ratio of the amount of surplus pulp Standing wave tube tested the porous cement concretesound absorption performance, the influence of material composition, pavement thickness,and other factors on the sound absorption performance. Porosity and permeability coefficientas an index to study the drainage performance of porous cement concrete. The strength andthe stress-strain behavior of porous cement concrete were studied by test. The results showedthat the relations such as strength and age, different intensities and strength and modulus. Thatporous cement concrete through the trials and mechanism have a good contraction, frost andwear resistance and other properties. The mix ratio design indicators of porous cementconcrete have been identified for the strength and porosity, Cement ratio and silica fume asthe porous cement concrete mix design parameters,the use of uniform test methods to analyzethe relationship between the four factors of the intensity,effective porosity and water-cementratio, cement content, silica fume content and cement strength class, the use of uniform testmethod to analyze the relationship between the strength and the effective porosity of the fourfactors of water-cement ratio, cement, silicon fume and cement strength class, and get Theregression equation,based on it, article proposed porous the cement concrete mix designmethod. Selected two kinds of polymers and studied the impact of these two polymers on thestrength of cement mortar and porous cement concrete. The results show that thestyrene-acrylic emulsion can effectively improve the flexural strength of the porous cementconcrete, and propose the appropriate dosage range.
