In this Paper, the author takes Huai’an bridge located in the third ring road of FuzhouCity for examples, Combines with the design requirements and the actual situation, the studyfocuses on the establishment of construction control system, the Calculation of cantilevererection elevation of the steel main girder, the influence of the local deformation of the steelbox girder upon the girder’s linear, and the identification and prediction of the parameters.First, the study focused on the principle of the construction control of Huai’an bridge,monitor content of birdge, and Operation mode of Control system. Adaptive control systemBased on the identification and adjustment of parameter was established.Secondly, the author studied the two methods of calculating assembled elevation ofgirder, zero initial displacement method and tangential displacement method, and therelationship between zero initial displacement method and tangential displacement method.Tangential displacement method can guarantee angular coordination of beam section, andzero initial displacement method can obtain the correct camber. Based on the case of Huai’anBridge, fabrication profile of steel girder and assembled elevation of each segment weregetted by using the finite element software MIDAS which considering tangentialdisplacement.Once again, simulation and analysis method of construction process based on the linkageunit calculation does not consider transverse deformation of steel box girder which influenceslinear of girder, and the factors influencing local deformation of the steel box girder are verymuch. The author studied transverse deformation of steel box girder caused by the load andtemperature through using the finite element software MIDAS and ANSYS, and gettedapproximately influenced degree of girder’s linear and cable force caused by transversedeformation of steel box girder.Last, the paper based on the parameters which influence the girder’s linear, the deviationsensitivity analysis has been carried out. using measured data, Structural parameters weredistinguished through using Least square method, the modified parameters were fed back tothe calculation mode, and the error between the corrected theoretical data and the measureddata was inspected. According to measured data, the development trend of follow-up segmentwas forecasted through using Grey Theory, and the error between the Predictive data and themeasured data was inspected, Thus, we can control cable force and linear of the follow-upgirder.At the end of this paper, the author maked a brief summary of research work, gived some research conclusion for the control of girder’s linear, and pointed out some problems whichneed to be further solved.
