In recent years, with the constant development of aviation industry, the productionmode of aircraft industry had gradually changed from single production to small batch andmulti-task including batch production, research new products and maintenance. In thissituation, how to make reasonable mater production schedule quickly and optimize Job Shopschedule in order to deal with the changing market demands and make full use of enterpriseresources become especially important. This paper mainly conducted the optimization ofproduction planning and the monitoring of plan execution for aircraft assembly.Firstly, We analyzed a variety of uncertain factors, established a stochastic-fuzzyextended model, and compared a variety of solution methods of this uncertain model.transformed the model with the equivalent pattern, got a better solution of the assemblymaster production with Lingo software and provided the theoretical foundation for thelower-layer material demand plan and Job Shop scheduling.Secondly, this paper studied how to establish a aircraft assembly model of multi-levelnetwork planning based on multi-level network planning technique. The main contentincluded introduced specific contents about different levels of the model and drew networkplan map about aircraft assembly, then established a optimized model for the lowest-layershop assembly operation plan, then adopted particle swarm optimization to obtain theoptimal solution which had the shortest duration under limited resources. Meanwhile, aproduction monitoring method about aircraft assembly based on workflow was proposed.Throughout this method, informatization of business process management and assemblyprocess was achieved, production data and quality data could also be easily collected andprocessed.Finally, we developed a production plan and a implementation monitoring system forthe aircraft assembly with B/S structure, and gave detailed analysis for the core functions ofthis system.
