MSS (Movable supporting system),a large bridge construction equipment, hasbeen widely applied in the construction of large span bridge. Its characteristics areengineering, low cost, short construction period, simple operation and not restrictedby terrain, and multiple span continuous beam construction is one of the preferredequipment.At present, the product design is still in the traditional stage. Based on the assu-med simplified case calculation and complex calculations that the traditional algorit-hm can not be achieved.The accident data shows that due to problems in designing man-machine accide-nt rate occupies60%above. For this kind of thing, the relevant departments to handlesuch business attitude is to downplay it but not in the country’s catalog as an excuse.With the development of computers, the modern method: finite element method(FEM, Finite Element Method) for fast calculations provides possible. The quick andeffective approximate numerical simulation has been widely used in engineeringstructure analysis.Realizing the machine’s fast and reliable design is a modern enterprises to impr-ove product competitiveness objective measures.With the popularization of computer,finite element analysis method for MSS design improves a new level.This thesis faces the first-class designer in the enterp rise and use Easy Method todescribe the finite element m ethod which is used to realize the rap-id design andcalculation m ethod of bridge build ing m achine detailedly.The MSS reflects thecomprehensive process from the CAD drawing to the finite element analysis to CAD plotting.Through the finite elem ent analysis of the data and field experim ental data, thissubject sums up the bridge m achine de sign calculation of param eter range.Bymodifying the cross-sectional parameters and using the powerful computing ability offinite elem ent m ethod, we realize the m ain load-bearing structures optim izationdesign in MSS,and the fast design method is engaged in industry product design.
