Discussion And Research On Water Landscape Of Communities In Area Of North Of Yangze River In Nanjing

Currently, the research on building and environment is the increasing awareness of the need for residency requirements and the objective reality of prosperity and development of construction industry. In the new urban settlements are beginning to rethink the relationship between water landscape and people and the relationship between water landscape and cultures. It can be said that the sustainable development of human settlements is the major development themes nowadays. Faced with this focus issue, architects, designers and owners all have the responsibility to grasp the dynamic needs of the community, not only for the need of management and governance of developers, but also for taking the scientific, economic and pluralistic approach, and they have to actively seek new ideas to design and create a water landscape which people are satisfied with.My region (areas of north of the Yangtze River in Nanjing), in the process of development of modern community and the process of industrialization and Large-scale of resident, we need to find the harmonious relationship of building, environment, human being and water. This is the key and the main content of this paper. This subject gives birth to theoretical and practical guidance to the development of water landscape level of local area.This paper mainly studies five subjects. First, it makes a collection of information about designing water landscape in theoretical and practical way, and analyses the elements of water landscape, the basic configuration and method on the basis of the information. Second, it studies the status of water landscape and the demands of settlements in areas of north of the Yangtze River in Nanjing. Third, it synthetically analyses some disadvantages of water landscape of one place in that region and discusses the reasons of those disadvantages. Fourth, it discusses the condition of the water landscape named "the scene of Water City of Venice" in article, and explores the characteristics and personalities residential in Nanjing area. Fifth, it makes to optimize water landscape design in residential area, specific reform and countermeasures in application. The following paragraphs are organized as follows. The first chapter is the introduction, and introduces the research background, the purpose and the meaning, the present situation of domestic and foreign, the research methods, and the research content and essay frame design. Chapter2presents the related theories about the urban residential water landscape, describes the overview, application, application types and value performance of city residential water landscape. The third chapter analyzes the situation, status and the actual demand of owners about water landscape in areas of north of the Yangtze River in Nanjing. The fourth chapter assessments the water landscape designing and applications in areas of north of the Yangtze River in Nanjing. Research and evaluate the water landscape and safety design of Venice water city, and evaluate the applications of using rainwater for landscape and plants. At the same time, we propose a designing suggestion about water landscape of Venetian water city in this chapter. The fifth chapter presents a scenario of how to optimize water landscape designing in the residential areas. We suggest that the water landscape design should pay great attention to express the ecological sense, represent the functional required in people-oriented. Should notice to that integrate and unity more elements, enrich the landscape’s fashion and conformation. Should design the waterscape scientifically and comprehensively, deal with the implicative relations seriously. Should focus on new methods’application and extending, consider the maintenance management and cost comprehensively. Should create ecological living environment, govern the water’s quality of the water landscape better. The sixth chapter is the conclusions.
