In recent years, resource issues, environmental issues have become increasinglyprominent, while the car as one of the factors with these two issues are closely related,energy-saving micro-row is the bounden duty of the automotive industry.Lightweighthas become a crucial research topic in automotive technology. Structural optimization, size optimization, new materials and lightweight technology are all the main ways oflightweight. From the current point of view, optimize the structure of the car is themost mature technology, the most widely used, the effect is most obvious way.Thisarticle through this way to study the structure of the door, considering the multifacetedimpact of NVH,rigidity, strength and security performance, applying Topologyoptimization, sensitivity analysis and other methods. The main content is as follows:1.Establish the finite element analysis model of the original door, analysis thefree modal and stiffness,to obtain the initial performance parameters.According to themanufacturer requirements,in order to ensure that the door performance is notdecreased after lightweight, set a target for the door performance.2.The topology optimization based on free mode and multiple stiffnessconditions. The car has been listed on sales, and with a mature productionline, therefore this article can only modify the thickness of the door parts, or changethe number of parts, but can not change the structure of door parts widely.Make ainitial topology optimization of the door to find out areas need to be strengthened andareas that can be weakened.3.Sensitivity analysis for the door parts.Considered NVH, rigidity and otherdisciplines to carry out a sensitivity analysis on the door.Under the premise of that thestiffness、 NVH performance is essentially the same or even improve, calculatesensitivity value of the door parts of every performance, combining with topologyoptimization results to increase or cancel some parts.4.Make a thickness opoptimization of the door parts based on the step3,Calculate the optimum thickness value of the remaining parts and amend thevalue.Validate the modified model,to determine the NVH performance、stiffnessperformance、security performance and stress distribution changes after lightweight.
