The development of the Computer and Network technology, have a profoundimpact on human civilization, especially since the last century, the computer wasused in people’s lives and working, so that human beings be freed from a lot ofcomplicated work, human work efficiency is substantially improved.With the steady decline of the Earth’s renewable resources and human energyrequirements significantly speed up the effective use of nuclear energy as animportant part of many national energy development, especially in recent years,China has put into operation, on-line, the planned nuclear power plantsincreasingly more, the development of nuclear energy has become China’s basicnational policy to solve the energy problem. March11,2011, produced by theJapanese earthquake and nuclear leak, nuclear safety has sounded the alarm for usnuclear energy development. Behind the development of nuclear energy,radioactive substances containing a large number of generated waste how toeffectively manage, but also an ongoing need to address the subject with theresearch.Papers from the management of radioactive waste minimization, use ofcomputer software technology to develop a waste management software, auxiliarymanagement tools to minimize management of radioactive waste, improve wastemanagement in a scientific, standardized, efficient. Based on the actual project, arean integral part of the radioactive waste minimization strategies and top-leveldesign,"project" the practical waste minimization special technology research ".Focus on the needs of the project, the function module division, the system model,database design and other aspects of the software system to do the detailed andspecific elaboration. The system uses the three-tier software system currently usedby the mature development of Web applications, it means that the layer of the UI, business logic tier BI, data access layer of the DI, each layer between theinterface-based data access and delivery.In the system development process, the pre-planning business needs, We useSysbase company`s Power Designer15data modeling tools, to design a completesystem of conceptual data model and physical data models; on the choice ofdevelopment technology, we use of Microsoft Dot NET platform, the C#language,Visual Studio2008development tools, Microsoft SQL Server2008databasetechnology.In this system, it managements radioactive waste, including research reactors,radioisotope production facilities experiment centers, laboratories, three wastefacilities, excluding the nuclear fuel cycle front-end, the rear section and thenuclear power waste minimization management. By apply of Chinese AtomicEnergy Scientific Research, under the appropriate conditions to other units relatedto radioactive waste, the implementation of secondary radioactive wasteminimization.
