With the developing of the Daqing oilfield capacity construction and increasing ofpower loads, the oil power network continually developed, and transmission line densityincreased, over-voltage on the safe operation of power grid increased levels of riskoutstanding. Especially the lightning over-voltage failures in recent years has seriouslyaffected the safe operation of the oilfield to crude oil production caused a great loss. Toensure the safe operation of the grid field, Improving and enhancing the lightningover-voltage protection ability of Daqing Oilfield, has a profound significance to theproduction of oil and chemical production.This paper studies35kV grid Over-voltage protection of Daqing oil field, at first, themethod of setting up lightning-line along the transmission line, and enhancing the lineinsulation, improving the grounding line tower lightning protection devices, was analyzedand simulated. For the lightning accident situation of Daqing oil field power transmissionlines, using electromagnetic transient computational procedures to establish ATP lightningsimulation model over-voltage, transmission lines through the simulation to reveal the levelof mine-resistant, lightning trip-out rate and the relationship with the relevant parameters, aswell as how to improve the line lightning performance measures in-depth systematic study.Secondly, by using the theoretical analysis and simulation of PT cartridge fuse onceblow, the control measures of Daqing oilfield distribution network PT cartridge fusefrequently blow are formed. The program improved the system security and reliability. In thefirst time, using the neutral point arc suppression coil parallel resistance means in the35kVsystems, the internal over-voltage protection realized and once cartridge fuse frequent blowof voltage transformer fuse are solved.
