In the21st century, with the development of science and technology, thedemand of energy is even more urgent for us. We must develop all kinds of newenergy to promote sustainable development. Environmentally friendly power is animportant part of the new energy. Lithium ion secondary battery as representativeof environmentally friendly power has much excellent performance on theapplication with other batteries. It has high voltage, more capacity and, longercycle life and smaller pollution an so on. Li-ion rechargeable batteries are widelyused in electronic products, in the military and energy storage lots have greatpotential applications, and become the first choice of power battery electric vehiclepower supply.Polymer electrolyte application, make the lithium ion battery has ahigher security and energy density, can realize the battery of light, thin, and shapevariable. At present the main study focused on the polymerization electrolyte gelpolymer electrolyteThis paper used the polymer gel polymer electrolyte substrate materialpolyurethane acrylates pre-polymer (PUA), it is to use the method of synthesis ofbulk polymerization. The synthesis of the raw materials for the polyethylene glycol(peg), different Buddha ketone diisocyanate and methyl methacrylate, hydroxylethyl, etc. This paper points is divided into two parts: one, to PUA as matrix,preparation gel polymer electrolyte, and the electrochemical properties, thermalstability can do, mechanical properties of research. Two, the liquid (HTBN) andPUA HNBR blend polymer matrix as, preparation half interpenetrating polymernetwork gel electrolyte. Study of the different constituents of liquid rubber andPUA electrolyte systems, the electrochemical performance of the system, thetensile properties and electrolyte membrane surface appearance.In the hands of the oven vacuum respectively take a certain amount ofsynthesis says prepolymers, and photosensitizer and liquid electrolyte mixture ishomogeneous mixture, will mix with the mixture tape casting in glass abrasive getin film and then placed in an atmosphere of ultraviolet light, prepolymerspolyurethane acrylates cross-linking polymerization, liquid electrolyte were fixedin polymer, get gel polymer electrolyte. The use of single polymer matrix PUA,preparation of gel polymer electrolyte, in room temperature ionic conductivitycould reach10-3S/cm, achieve the use requirement of battery electrolyte, but theelectrolyte systems mechanical strength is poorer. The liquid aging-resisting andurethane acrylates, half of the preparation of interpenetrating polymer networkgel electrolyte, the electrolyte systems has good mechanical properties, ionicconduction rate also meet the requirements of practical application,electrochemical window for4.6V, has certain actual application prospect.
