Seepage Mechanism Of Slope In The Event Of Rainstorm At The Permafrost Region

In recent years, with the implementation of the strategy of Grand Western Development Program, Linear engineering in cold regions have gotten significant development, the appearance of much natural and artificial slope without improperly handled will induce corresponding engineering disaster. This paper analyzes rain sweeping mechanism on slope of frozen soil, considers the comprehensive factors during researching process, such as the rainy conditions, the property of soil, the gradient of slope and so on. It includes the following work:(1) First, starting from the basic saturated-unsaturated sweeping theory, the basic rain sweeping theory and the coupling theory between water and heat, it discusses the percolation regularity about rain infiltrating, and then analyzes sweeping theory about rain percolating slope in frozen soil.(2) On the basis of describing theory, from the sweeping regularity of rain, it expounds method and equipment about testing rainy sweeping regularity on slope, analyzes testing result, and concludes the law about how rainy intensity, different soil and initial water content, slope gradient impact rainy sweeping slope in frozen soil.(3) Establishing the numerical analytical model and verifying its analyzed result, then starting from several common rainy types, to calculate seven examples, analyzing each example, the changes of pore water pressure and temperature for the continuance of rain and depth’s change, and compare water pressure and temperature of slope in frozen soil under three conditions, different rainy patterns, different saturated and seeping modulus, different rain’s temperature.This paper analyzes seeping regularity of slope in frozen soil under the rainy condition systematically, which provide parameters for the evaluating slope stability, some theoretical guidance value to carry out a similar study in our country.
