After tunneling, the surrounding rock pressure is formed. It is one of the most important parameters when deigning tunnels. This paper is based on the New Beijing-Zhangjiakou Inter-city Railway Badaling Underground Station. In the basis of gathering on-site investigation information and in-outdoor experiment results, this paper researched on the surrounding rock pressure calculation. The conclusions are as follows:(1) This thesis summarized the domestic and foreign similar project summary and analysis methods of the surrounding rock pressure calculation, and provided reference for the research of the surrounding rock stability of station site areas summarizes.(2) Based on the field exploration reports and the in-outdoor experimental results, this thesis uses many basic ways (Including the method of elastic-plastic theory, the theory of M.M.PROMOJIYFAKONOV, Terzaghi method and railway specification) to calculate the surrounding rock pressure of a single arch section for Badaling underground stations. We obtained the data and the pressure distribution diagram of the surrounding rock pressure.(3) This thesis uses finite element analysis software ABAQUS to simulate the single arch long-span project excavation process. And then we make a detailed analysis of the surrounding rock stress field, displacement field, plastic failure zone after the initial supporting structure being applied. We obtained the data and the pressure distribution diagram of the surrounding rock pressure.(4) Based on the comparison of calculation results and numerical simulation results, this thesis analyzes the application of each kind of theory in calculating the surrounding rock pressure of Badaling underground station. It can provide the theoretical basis for the better chosen of the later Badaling underground station’s supporting parameters.I hope that the content and result in this text can bring the reference worthiness for the design and construction of the exceptionally large scale underground structure.
