With the development of economy and engineering technology, Especially the energetically support are gived by the country to the water sector in recent years, its’ infrastructure are developed rapidly. Mass concrete have wide applications and important position in the water sector.Because of its’large volume, concrete pouring and the complicated construction conditions, a lot of hydration heat will be released in the concrete resistance to cause changes of the structure temperature,and then leads to the generation of temperature stress. It is easy to produce all kinds of structure cracks if the construction process measures improperly,and then the appearance, the durability of concrete structure and the mechanical properties of concrete itself will be affected, and finally threaten the security of the overall structure.The background and the present research status at home and abroad of the mass concrete temperature control and crack prevention are first elaborated in this paper;The causes, characteristics and hazards of temperature cracks are summarized; The change law of concrete structure’ temperature and stress field under different conditions are simulated combined with the basic theory of concrete and the finite element method, on the basis of it, the method of dynamic prediction and feedback analysis is proposed, and the various factors which influence the temperature crack of the mass concrete are studied and discussed, so the following results are obtained:1. The simulation of concrete structure in various conditions.The mass concrete structure’s construction process are simulated in different conditions with the application of finite element analysis software, the change law of pier concrete structure’ temperature and stress field under the different pouring thickness,different pouring width and adding wire fiber conditions are discussed,some useful conclusions are obtained to project constructions.2. The method of dynamic prediction and feedback analysis. A set of relatively complete construction of dynamic prediction and feedback analysis method is proposed combined with practical engineering;The fast real-time prediction and feedback analysis method is used to the measured datas based on the Grey theory with the ant colony algorithm and then to forecast the following construction. Through monitoring, prediction and feedback in one of the analysis technique to guide post construction process, the effective programs and protective measures are made in time to ensure the safe and stable operation of whole construction.3. Comprehensive evaluation of concrete crack.To ensure the concrete structure does not have cracks in the construction and operation periods, based on the related theories and engineering practices of concrete, the method of AHP is used to analyse various factors’s influence on concrete temperature cracks,and finally the relative important extent of each factor is put in order to provide the corresponding theoretical basis for the construction measures made.Finally,the research results are summarized in the paper,and the problems which have not discussed in depth or solved are prospected in order to help the further research work.
