This paper studied a new type of optical target accuracy measurement system, themeasuring system is designed based on the principle of dual liner CCD intersection measuring.In the range test, this system replaced the more backward traditional testing methods, greatlyimproved the efficiency and accuracy of the erecting target precision test, and promoting theweapon system development process.The paper discussed in detail the double linear array CCD intersection measuringprinciple, and derived the formula of the projectile over the target coordinates on the basis ofsummarizing the target accuracy measurement method at home and abroad. At the same timethe hardware system was selected and connected , and the software control code was written,finally through the plastic projectile and firing testing proved that the design is successful, andeffective measurement of the target accuracy of the guns.In the hardware equipment selection processing, I first studied the working principle andperformance indicators for each hardware unit, then selected UTRON line scan camera lens ofCanon, the HS-82-04Kx0 camera and X64-Xcelera Dual image acquisition card of DALSA,TS02 total station of Leica and JYJ-90 Horizontal canopy target of Xi’an TechnologicalUniversity according to the system technical indicators. At last, the hardware equipment wasconnected according to the requirement of orthogonal cloth station, and the hardware designof the entire measurement system was completed.In software system design processing, the control and management of software systemwas achieved by VC + + development tool based on the MFC programming. At the sametime , the characteristics and process of the projectile image was discussed in detail, then theprojectile image pixel number and the center line was got.After the completion of the software and hardware system design, a plastic projectile wastested in the first, when the system test is successful and can normally run, the live-fire testingof ordinary rifle and sniper rifle was conducted respectively. Then the test data was processedand analyzed scientifically and rationally, the target accuracy of 7.62mm caliber projectilewas got, the reason of some projectile is not captured and sources of systematic errors and solutions was given. Finally I summarized the thesis, explained the research results of thethesis and need to be further improved and perfected.
