Research On Loss Risk Of Machanery & Electrical Products Based On Safety& Vulnerability

More and more machinery & electrical products are produced in our daily life, and the products became more powerful and complex with the development of technology. People have been not only satisfied the specific functions, but also the intended use .The performances of products under the threats are driving more concern; the safety and vulnerability of the product itself directly affect the final loss. Therefore, by combining the safety and vulnerability of products, we can reasonably evaluate the potential loss risk to reduce the expected losses and casualties.In order to precisely evaluate the loss risk of machinery & electrical products, the research is based on the safety and vulnerability theory. The relevant methods from the vulnerability of military products can be used for reference.Firstly, we redefined the concept of vulnerability, and analyzed the relationship between vulnerability and safety, then provided several methods in balance the proportion of safety and vulnerability design; Secondly, we analyzed the probability and severity in the safety loss risk assessment, and identified the types of threats, vulnerability critical components in the vulnerability loss risk assessment. Finally, we combined the above two parts to analyze the loss risk of machinery & electrical products, which pay more attention in the impact from the vulnerability design to the loss risk. In the end, taking the school-bus for example to verify the contents of this thesis can be applied.
