Polyviny Alcohol-Engineered Cementitious Composite(PVA-ECC)is a composite material which is made by the cement motor with appropriate addition of Polyviny Alcoho fiber. It has advantages with better bending strength and impulse strength, ultimate elongation, toughness,impermeations impermeable, abrasion resistance, high fatigue strength.After reinforcement with PVA-ECC, the effect of the two materials work together is still due to the bonding quality of the new repairing layer and the old concrete. So,in order to ensure effective bonding quality of the new repairing layer and the old concrete,then work together and pass on force, thus the bonding quality of adhesion is researched in the thesis, which has important theoretical and practical value and is analyzed by next four parts in this thesis.Firstly, the elastic modulus of PVA-ECC was compared with common Cementitious Composite by experiments Research of the same Mix ratio.Secondly, By normal order of two-sided shearing experiments of concrete species strengthened by Polyviny Alcohol-Engineered cement mortar, the influence regularities of the main factors on the shearing property were discussed, such as strength of concrete and the Polyviny Alcohol-Engineered cement mortar, different interfere treatments of old concrete. The effect degree and mechanism of each factor and their interactive effect were analyzed by using maximum- minimum analysis double factors variance analysis. The shearing strength formula about these three factors was fitted by Table Curve 3D.thirdly, By the core-drilling and pull-stripping tests of concrete species strengthened by Polyviny Alcohol-Engineered cement mortar, the influence regularities of the main factors on the shearing property were discussed, such as strength of concrete and the Polyviny Alcohol-Engineered cement mortar, interface agent. The effect degree and mechanism of these factors and their interactive effect were analyzed by using maximum- minimum analysis double factors variance analysis. The core -drilling and pull stripping strength formula about these three factors was fitted by Table Curve 3D.Finally,based on two-sided shearing experiments and core-drilling and pull-stripping tests, the BP artificial neural networks (ANN) predictive models for the interface shearing property and the tensile property between the Polyviny Alcohol-Engineered cement mortar and the old concrete were designed by using the MATLAB neural net tool kit.
