Industrial circulating cooling water facing three major problems:scaling, pipe corrosion and microbial breeding. These problems will reduce the cooling efficiency of the system and cause waste of resources. Starting from the perspective of recycling and energy conservation of water resources, considering the economic and environmental benefits, and to achieve the core object of circulating cooling water desalination and oxygen. This paper propose a method of combining chemical reaction and ion exchange technology based on filter electrode reactor, and design experiment device of circulating cooling water treatment.The experimental device using a porous titanium filter electrodes, realize the mode of operation that direction of fluid flow and electric field direction parallel to each other, the bubbles generated by the electrolysis reaction enter the filter electrode internally, effectively reducing the resistance caused by the gas film, and ensure full access of the ion in the solution and electrode surface; the ion exchange reaction first change the cation which is easy to form the scale into H+, slow down the scaling phenomenon of the cathode electrode surface; the anode and cathode divert the water, anode water is used for regeneration the cation exchange resin, after that we got disinfectant water with a redox potential, and the cathode water is desalinated water for cooling water recycling.The paper investigate the influence of the combination mode of ion exchange systems and the electrochemical system for circulating cooling water treatment. Through parallel experiments to determine the optimum operating conditions of the operation of the system: the applied voltage is20V, the water flow is5L/h either, the electrolytic cell filled with mixed bed resin used to improve the ion mobility. Under this condition, we treat water10L per hour and in which50%can be used as circulating cooling water return.Describe the operation mechanism of electrochemical ion-exchange technology, and processed cooling water samples, the results are as follows:the rate of desalination is86.38%, the hardness removal efficiency is89.70%, Cl-removal efficiency is80.77%, and the removal efficiency of dissolved oxygen by electrochemical ion-exchange technology is greater than40%.This paper investigate the use of ion-exchange technology in the removal of dissolved oxygen, and make research and analysis on oxygen removal effect between the strongly basic anion resin type of SO32-, strongly basic anion resin type of H2PO2-and strongly basic cation resin type of Fe2+, dissolved oxygen removal efficiency of three different type resins are all reach to50%.
