Lignans is isolated and extracted from squeezed flaxseed or the shell, whichcontains lower protein and other components. For this method can avoid the waste ofresources, and increase the utilization of flaxseed. Lignans is effect in anti-tumor,anti-mitotic, anti-viral, anti-cancer, tumor suppressor, anti-atherogenic; decrease therisk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, prevent the happening ofdiabetes, and have an influence on anti-aging. This research is aim to exploring theantioxidant function of flaxseed lignans product and the optimal process parameterson the basic of studies abroad and the advanced experimental equipment, providingthe reference for the development of domestic lignans products.Developing a lignans product with an anti-oxidation function, mix the rawmaterials which can synergistically enhanced the oxidation resistance to protectlignans not be destroyed. Sea buckthorn procyanidins and Blueberry anthocyaninshave strong antioxidant activity, and in this study, I will explore the antioxidantactivity of the compound raw material after a proper addition. Research the materialproperties of lignans extract, Sea buckthorn procyanidins and Blueberryanthocyanin and study the DPPH radical scavenging, hydroxyl radical scavengingantioxidant activity of lignans, compound materials(with auxiliary material) and theraw material(only).The experiment showed that the DPPH radical scavenging capacity with thesame concentration of lignans VC, VC is higher. As the concentration increase, tothe maximum in500μg/mL,the clearance rate is approximately95%; DPPHradical scavenging capacity of lignans with the concentration increases withincreasing concentration of2500μg/mL scavenge DPPH basic rate can reach half;compound raw material(with auxiliary material) and the raw material(only) containsimilar content and proportion, lignans, Sea buckthorn procyanidins and theBlueberry anthocyanin, so DPPH radical scavenging rate is basically the same, in aconsiderable in lignan content500μg/mL clearance rate can reach more than79%.As the concentration of lignan/VC increase, the radical scavenging capacity increase.In a high concentration, the VC has a prior clearance rate than lignan. Andwhile increasing to the concentration of500μg/mL, the clearance rate isapproximately99%.The radical scavenging capacity of lignan increase slowly, whenthe concentration increase. When the concentration increases to500μg/mL, the ratewill reach30%. Compound raw material(with auxiliary material) and the rawmaterial(only) contain similar content and proportion, lignans, Sea buckthornprocyanidins and the Blueberry anthocyanin, so radical scavenging rate is basicallythe same, in a considerable in lignan content100μg/mL clearance rate can reach morethan46%. Then the rate is placid and no longer increase with concentration.Research the development of lignans production, by investigating the nature ofraw materials, selecting appropriate oral dosage forms. Taking tablet dosage form asthe basis for product development, selecting appropriate excipients microcrystallinecellulose, starch as a filler, microcrystalline cellulose and starchthe addition ratio ofabout1:1, representing55to65%of the total weight of raw materials, while starch isa disintegrating agent, adding about0.1%magnesium stearate as a lubricant; due tothe viscous material, use water or70%ethanolas as a binder, by increasing the stirringspeed in the wet granulation process and a shear rate, stirring rate, and the rates areadjusted to greater than400r/min and800r/min. Caking phenomenon in the materialin the granulation process can be improved and fluidity improved significantly aftergranulation. Adjusting the tableting pressure, obtain good plain tablets, that friability,tablet difference, and disintegration time are qualified, the hardness reached more than8Kg, can be used forcoating, to protecting the antioxidant activity of lignans not to bedestroyed during storage.
