With our country’s economic development and the growing demand from nationalproduction and our daily use for oil,chemical flooding has been concerned increasinglymore because this sort of mining technology can induce the existing oil recovery increasedby20%on the basis of water flooding.Of all the species of chemical flooding,binarycombination flooding could not only enhance the oil displacement efficiency,sweptvolume and has a higher viscosity retention,but also solve the problem such as thecorrosion and fouling of the production systems,the fouling of the stratum and thedifficulty of produced demulsification which is caused by the ASP system.This paper focuses on the binary combination system.After several sections ofexperiments such as the selection and the performance evaluation of Henan Oilfield binarycombination system,the flooding experiments and some other laboratory experiments,wefound the following conclusions:When the polymer has the higher MW orconcerntration,the polymer solution gains higher viscoelastic;These two kinds of binarycombination system combined with the SHSA-HN6surfactant and polymer or the SSsurfactant and polymer can effectively reduce the oil-water interfacial tension while havinga better salt resistance and viscoelasticity;If we add1.0%NaCl into the SS/KYPAM binarysystem,the new binary combination system could improve the oil-water interfacial tensionmore in effect;The viscosity of binary systems are increasing as the polymerconcentration;The adding of the SS surfactant into the ZL-Ⅱ polymer solution willreduces its viscosity while this affect will not exist in the combination of the SHSA-HN6surfactant and the ZL-Ⅱ polymer solution.Both surfactant has no effect on the viscosity ofthe KYPAM polymer solution;The recovery will be enhanced with the follows situations ofthe binary combination system:Higher polymer molecular weight,lower interfacial tensionof the system or higher concentration of the polymer solution in the condition that the typeof the polymer is same;In the verification experiment with natural core we concluded thatthese two binary combination systems with ZL-Ⅱ/SS and ZL-Ⅱ/SHSA-HN6has aroughly equal oil displacement efficiency,and so do the efficiency between ZL-Ⅱ/SS+NaCl system and the KYPAM/SS+NaCl system.
