The SPS composite steel plate SPS is a new type of sandwich structure material. As ithas high strength, impact resistant, fatigue prevention, fire prevention, heat preservation, lowcost many advantages, it has been widely used in decks, Bridges, sports facilities and otherengineering field. Since the SPS composite steel plates were synthesized, many scholars bothat home and abroad study on it’s core material---high hardness polyurethane elastomer.Research involving polyurethane elastomer fabrication process, mechanical performanceanalysis, equivalent optimization and so on. But about the research of polyurethaneelastomer’s construction mould are rare. Therefore, this paper first synthesize a kind ofpolyurethane elastomer, with the aid of uniaxial compression experiment, considercompression strain rate changes, under the condition of the stress and strain of polyurethaneelastomer is studied, a three kind of polyurethane elastomer compression constitutive modeland analyzes the three models applicable condition, and of polyurethane elastomercompression stress relaxation problem. Specific content as follows:1. Introduces the synthesize principle of polyurethane elastomer, polyurethane elastomerlaboratory synthesize processes, including experimental material instruments, experimentalpreparation process, the matters needing attention and so on.2. Through extensive reading of related literature at home and abroad, to the two kinds ofpolyurethane elastomer modeling method, the elastic modeling and viscoelastic modelingreviewed the study.3. In different strain rates for polyurethane elastomer compression experiment, this paperreveals the polyurethane elastomer in different strain rate of the stress strain relations; In thelinear model, model, Mooney on Yeoh three-Rivlin five expansion model three super elasticconstitutive model, and on the basis of origin8.0software by fitting the compression ofpolyurethane elastomer stress-strain curve, given the suitable conditions, and simple analysesthree kind of super elastic constitutive model and the advantages and disadvantages of the forengineering reference in design.4. In seven different strain location of polyurethane elastomer compression relaxationexperiments, this paper reveals the of polyurethane elastomer stress time relationship, in alinear viscoelastic solid three parameters model based on the origin8.0software fitting polyurethane elastomer compression stress time curve, given the suitable conditions, andanalyzes its parameters and the strain of the relationship.
