With the demand of consumption and the progress of science and technology, people absorb and transplant modern technology in material structure.It is one of the important issues in the development of waterproof breathable fabric that developed all kinds of special or the versatility of waterproof breathable fabric combined with the characteristics of waterproof breathable. Water polyurethane (WPU) is a kind of green environmental protection material, which with high moisture permeability and waterproof performance, meanwhile it is water dispersion medium and good film with good strength. Quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan (HACC) which is an important content of chitosan with good characteristics of water-soluble, antibacterial properties and biocompatibility, will add to WPU to prepare waterproof, wet and antibacterial multifunctional products.This topic prepares HACC/WPU blend film through blend HACC which is made at home with WPU. The blend film is polymer density film without holes, which gets waterproof breathable function mainly through the way of "adsorption-diffusion sorption-desorption" by water affinity groups which means the water molecule transfer from high humidity to the low humidity side. The content of HACC which has good antibacterial properties influence the antibacterial performance of mixed membranes, and it also have certain effect on waterproof breathable performance because its contains a lot of water group. The performance of the final blend is significant influenced by the compatibility, the form and structure when mixed two other components.The experiment of this topic includes three contents. The first part is the synthesis of HACC, which is preparation by etherification agent2,3-epoxypropyl three methyl chloride ammonium. The ratio of etherification agent, etherification time, pH value, temperature on the substitution degree and the influence of the water-soluble was discussed, the best substitution degree and water-soluble of HACC was chosen, the moore quality of2,3-epoxypropyl three methyl chloride ammonium to chitosan is5:1, the reaction time of13h and the temperature of80℃, pH value is 6~7. And then added HACC to WPU. The second part is the preparation of HACC/WPU blend film, blending HACC which was made at home and WPU in high shear emulsifying machine. The waterproof breathable and the effect of antibacterial properties of mixed film were analyzed through the HACC adding amount, blending time and the drying temperature. The blending compatibility was analyzed from FIRT, X-ray and SEM. The antibacterial performance was analyzed by the method of bacteriostatic annulus.The waterproof performance and moisture permeable performance was analyzed by the method of pressurization from depression and moisture permeability-moisture absorption. The blend film are combined with fabrics through the method of pressure of adhesive layer. The mathematical method of the single factor analysis and regression orthogonal test were discussed finally to determine the best the membrane technology,17%of HACC amount,20min of blending time,99℃of drying temperature. The third part is laminated composite of blend film and fabric, designed four laminated including mattress covers, labor protective clothing,medical protective clothing and diapers. Study the fiber materials, the degree and organization of the fabric influence on, the waterproof breathable property of laminated composite fabric. The mean time the waterproof breathable performance of the mixed film itself is the significant influence of waterproof breathable and antibacterial properties of HACC/WPU blend film.The final HACC/WPU blend film with better properties, which has good waterproof breathable and antibacterial properties, can obtain good waterproof breathable and antibacterial properties after combined with functional fabric. This topic laid a foundation for developing new multifunction waterproof breathable fabric.
