This paper reviews the land reclamation environmental impact research progressat home and abroad, analyzed the environmental impact of the relevant theoreticalknowledge.Around the land use type change, land reclamation project in Shengmu county ofShanxi province as a typical case, corresponding to the selected indicators, usingenvironmental evaluation theory, estimation due to land reclamation activity caused byenvironmental influences, and then try to improve the environment of land remediation, asdecision-making provide quantitative basis, contribute to realization of the aim of sustainableland consolidation.In the course of the study, first elaborated the selected topic background, and introducesthe environmental impact assessment in land reclamation concepts,characteristics and therelated theoretical basis, and establish the following research foundation. Secondly, definingthe land reclamation project environmental effect appraisal content, according to county natural geographical environment,especially to select the corresponding indicators evaluationindex system. In third, on the basis of summing up and analysis of all kinds of evaluationmethod, according to the characteristics of environmental impact assessment in shenmu,select the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation as the evaluation model.Finally, in thecounty land consolidation project as an example, using the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensiveevaluation model for the environmental impact assessment, and according to the results of theevaluation are given the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The empirical studyshows that, this paper establishes the evaluation index system and evaluation model hascertain maneuverability and application value.The innovations of this paper: reference to environmental impact assessment on thebasis of the theory, combine the land reclamation project with the environmental impactassessment study,with its own characteristics, try to establish the land reclamation projectenvironmental impact assessment indicator system and assessment model, for the perfectionof land remediation project evaluation theory system has a certain significance.
