High-speed,high-accuracy and low noise processing is an inevitable trend of modern NCmachine tool,and the performance of machine tool’s dynamic characteristics influence themachining performance directly.According to the study,the characteristics of machine jointare crucial to the machine tool’s overall dynamic design performance,so to predict andimprove the machine tool’s overall dynamic design performance should thoroughly researchthe characteristics of machine joint.As the typical movable joint of the machine,the linearrolling guide has a great influence on the dynamic performance of machine tool,in which thearticle base on to do relevant research on the linear rolling guide’s movable joint.First,it took full account of each mutual coupling relationship between the nodes byusing multi-point dynamics to establish a dynamics model of rolling linear guide movablejoint and take the linear rolling guide movable joint as an independent eight-node hexahedralsolid elements without quality,in which could reflect the linear rolling guide to the dynamicsof the movable joint more accurately.Second,based on the establishment of the linear rolling guide movable joint model andLMS Test.Lab vibration to test and analysis system for the modal test of linear rolling guidespecimen,using a combination of theoretical modeling and modal testing to identify DynamicParameter.Experiments selected an CNC machine type linear rolling guide models of a total of8models (single arc and double arc)16linear rolling guide produced by Kate Seiki Factory asstudy object.According to the products’ relevant parameters and relationship of geometricdimensions,the article established3D parametric model library of series of the linear rollingguide by-product in order to facilitate the modeling of the finite element modal analysis oflinear rolling guide,as well as the whole modeling.By extracting the corresponding frequencyresponse function matrix of modal test on the linear rolling guide,the result was substitutedinto the optimization method of the non-linear least squares method for parameteridentification of linear rolling guide movable joint.Through DMIG cards, the stiffnessmatrixes which were calculated were put into the finite element model to carry out modalanalysis calculation,and then compared the result by the method of comparing similar modalshape’s frequency.The calculated results were close to the experiment results.So the validityof dynamics modeling of linear rolling guide and it parameters recognition method wasproved by the results.
