The enamel layer was produced succeed on20g steel pipe,by using high speedarc spraying and once sintering technology in this paper. The preparation process ofthe enamel layer with smoothy, gloss and no obvious defect was confirmed.Organization and performance of enamel layer sample with FeCrAl bottom layer andno bottom layer sample with different sintering temperature and thermal insulationtime were studied. The phase structure was analyzed by XRD. The microscopicstructure was analyzed by SEM. The element distribution was analyzed by EDS. Theperformance of heat changing resistance and high temperature corrosion of salt andhardness and wear resistance were tested through series experiments.Test results show that many parameters have influence on different level tosurface morphology and microstructure,such as bottom layer and no bottom layer anddifferent firing technology parameters.So, in order to preparate excellent performanceenamel layer, the above several elements could be optimized. The results show theenamel layer of FeCrAl bottom layer20g steel pipe was flat and gloss at840℃,thermal insulation4min. The combined interface was compacted. The temperature ofheat changing resistance was440℃, no bottom sample was420℃. The corrosionresistance of bottom sample was4times than no bottom sample. The hardness ofbottom sample was HV686, no bottom sample was HV654. The wear resistance ofbottom sample was3times than no bottom sample, load200N,60min.There are32figure,20talble,68references in this paper.
