Using Zhengdan958, Xundan20, Zhongke11and Xianyu335four kinds of corn asmaterials, prepared the extraction rate of the corn oil under different conditions. Basing onsingle factor test, the best conditions of optimum process was: the material particle size of10-20mesh and the extraction time of10h. The factor of extracting had almost no effect onoil yield. Under the conditions, the oil content of the four kinds of corn measured as follow:the oil content of Zhengdan958with6.6%; Xundan20with4.8%; Zhongke11with4.7%,and the Xianyu335with1.5%.The fatty acid composition of corn oil was analyzed by the gas chromatograph, what theanalysis found is:the mainly fatty acid of corn oil were C16:0, C18:1and C18:2. There were somedifferences of fatty acid composition in different varieties of corn oil, but the content of C16:0was at the basic level about13%, the unsaturated fatty acid C18:1and C18:2were about84%intotal, the average content of C18:2in corn oil was more than50%, and a certain amount of C18:3was contained.The characteristics of the Kennedy three fat sn-1,3, which was fatted by porcinepancreatic enzyme hydrolysis, and the distribution of the crude corn oil Sn-2fatty acidcomposition, which was analysed by the gas chromatographic showed: the mainlycomposition of the fatty acid were C18:1with39.3%and C18:2with58.8%.Using the molybdenum blue colorimetric determination of the phospholipid content ofthe four kinds of corn oil, obtained the following conclusions: Zhengdan958,10.4mg/g;Xundan20,4.4mg/g; Zhongke11,0.39mg/g; Xianyu335,0.23mg/g; crude oil corn,16.1mg/g.Hydration degumming method was used to extract corn phospholipids from crude cornoil. Basing on univariate analysis, the best extraction conditions for corn phospholipids was:hydration temperature of90℃,6%of the amount of water, hydration time of60min.Corn phospholipid was analysed by TLC, choosing developing solvent A withchloroform-methanol-ammonia65:30:5(v:v:v) and developing solvent B with chloroformmethanol-acetic acid-water170:25:25:6(v:v:v:v). One-dimensional secondary incrementalexpanded, corn phospholipid components were well separated, and isolated eight kinds of components.The phospholipid samples were determined by High performance liquidchromatography, the contents of the mainly component were as follows: PC,22.8%; PI,21.6%; PA,3.2%; PE,4.8%.The fatty acid composition of corn phospholipid was analysed by gas chromatography.The results showed that: The fatty acids composed mainly of C16:0, C18:0, C18:1and C18:2, theaccounted of unsaturated fatty acid C18:1and C18:2were more than60%.
