In the waterflood development oilfield, the power consumption of waterflood systemaccounts for about30%~40%of the total power consumption of oilfield. With the integratewater cut increasing of oilfield, the energy consumption of water injection will continue toincrease. Do well in the lowering Energy Consumption work of water injection system, whichcan help to improve the efficiency of water injection system, reduce oilfield production cost.The dawa block water injection system of liaohe oilfield has1water injection station,12water distributing stations,68water injection wells, whose running efficiency is low, energyconsumption is high. In order to reduce energy consumption, decrease production cost, andimprove the economic benefits, this paper aims at the main problems of the dawa block waterinjection system, developing energy saving research.Research the process flow, network structure and production operation of the waterinjection system, and according to the energy balance principle, this paper establishes energyequilibrium analysis models of water injection system, founds the evaluation method ofenergy consumption, then making a test plan for energy consumption, and testing the energyconsumption.According to the structure characteristics of water injection pipe network, this paperestablishes a hydraulic calculation method of branch shape water injection pipe network byusing the theory of fluid mechanics and binary tree. There are errors between hydraulicanalysis theory calculation results with actual data, so this paper set minimizing degree offitting as a target, amending the hydraulic friction coefficient of computation model by usingthe optimization theory. This method Improves the precision of the computation model.According to the theory of software engineering, this paper develops an energyconsumption analysis software of water injection system by using Visual Studio2005. Themain functions of the software include data management, graphics modeling of waterinjection pipe network, hydraulic analysis of pipe network, energy consumption analysis andso on. Then the application of software has been carried on analog computation to the dawablock water injection system, and getting the reasonable calculation results.After analyzing the test and Calculation results, this paper finds the distribution ofenergy consumption and the weak link of energy using. Combining with the production statusof the dawa block water injection system, this paper establishs the method for improving theefficiency of water injection system, makes some reasonable technical improvement schemesfor energy saving, and forecasts energy consumption situation about these schemes, thenoptimizes the best reform plan.
