Heteropoly acid is a solid acid, can be used as acidic, oxidation reduced or double function catalyst, Heteropoly acid are all showed a strong catalytic activity and selectivity for many reactions. They are widely used in etherification and esterification, hydrated and dehydration, acyl change, alkylation, condensation reaction, polymerization reaction as environmentally friendly green catalyst, and they have many advantages such as with high reactivity, anti-corrosion equipment, non pollute to the environment. The application of heteropoly acid are limited by these characteristics, such as small ratio surface,thermal instability,difficult to recycling. Mesoporous molecular sieve is a kind of inorganic multi-porous materials which its aperture is between1.3-30nm, with narrow passage, and their ratio surface above700mz/g, researches shows that heteropoly acid loaded to certain solid vectors can dramatically improve heteropoly acid catalytic performance, improve its catalytic activity, and also can solve the recycling problem.In this paper,we make heteropoly acid supported on mesoporous molecular sieve in order to obtain heteropoly acid green catalyst by decentralization method and impregnation method, which were characterized by XRD、FT-IR, TEM、 N2adsorption-desorption etc.Physical and chemical properties of the catalysts were characterized by probe reaction on synthesis of butyl lactate catalytic. Analyze the activity and selectivity of the catalyst and change experimental conditions,such as loading method,esterification time,material ratio, amount of loading mass.catalyst recycling, etc.Experimental results shows that: MCM-41, MCM-48molecular sieve are good vectors of catalyst, using three typical heteropoly acid as catalyst to merge butyl lactate are all with very high selectivity and catalytic activity.
