City Ecological Evaluation Based On Landscape Ecology

With the rapid social development, the increasing of population has been putting the resources and the environment under pressure. Inadequate resources per capita and the increasing requirements of economic society has become the principal contradiction of development. Sustainable development has been the main consciousness and action of the governments and the whole nation. To explore the measures of ecological construction under different eco-environment and economic conditions, to speed up the eco-environment structure and to promote the eco-environment that is under the social economic condition in areas, and to promote the coordinated development of environmental protection has become the most important and necessitous task of governments at all levels at present. So based on this, the assessment of Yangquan eco-environment sights and learning about the features of Yangquan situations seems more important.The article making use of the satellite image data of the years2000,2006, and2010, based on this, analyzes Yangquan landscape situations and conditions by using landscape metrics and make suggestions on ecological planning of Yangquan, which will provide supports for improving the qualities of Yangquan landscapes and the levels of managementThe article combines the three periods of remote sensing data, divided into six parts to analyze the dynamical change of landscape pattern. Taking it as a whole we can find it that the diversity of Yangquan is lacking and the dominance is high and the landscapes of Yangquan are unequally distributed which are jammed too much by people. The decrease of natural landscapes and the highly destroyed landscapes with the lack of integrated whole pattern leads to an unstable research system of the ecology. The unstable ecological pattern of landscapes and the lacking succession process reflects the leading role of jamming on the landscape pattern of Yangquan, and indicates the incongruous elements of the landscapes in areas, and that the function of the landscape ecology do not put into full play. But the potential of the landscape ecological transformation is huge because of the geographical conditions of Yangquan. So reasonable using of jamming can help realize the sustainable development of ecological landscapes of Yangquan.
