Many lakes have wide distribution in china and the lakes provides more than50%of the drinking water sources to towns, but their eutrophication is particularly outstanding, people those who drank from the influenced water by eutrophication have a higher risk of (?)aking of cyanobacterial toxins. Therefore, in order to guarantee the safety of residents living and drinking water, reduc the cyanobacteria (Microcystins, MCs) that affect human health, it is imminent that carrying out the eutro phic lakes in the investigation of the MCs’ distribution characteristics and understanding the different eutrophic lakes that influenced by the MCs.Firstly,this paper intends to chose HPLC to establish the method which can analyse five kinds of MCs(MC-RR,YR,LR,LA,LY) at the same time to adapt to analyse the trace MCs rapidly in water environment.Rerults shown that the recoveries of this mthod for five variants were in the range of73.9%-103.3%,the limits of detection(LOD)of this mthod were0.015-0.035μ g/L.This paper selects Eastern plain,Mongolia-sinkiang plateau, Yun nan-Gui zhou plateau typical of eutrophication three great lake-area which include Tai lake, Chao lake, Dianchi lake, Erhai lake Hulun lake five typical eutrophic lake as object, analyse five kinds of MCs in surface water,discuss the characteristics of MCs content in the same season but different lake-area, then analyse the relevant,regression equation between the MCs content and environmenftal qenea which include chlorophyll a (Chl a), total phosphorus (TP),Temperature (T),solubility phosphorus (PO4+), total nitrogen (TN), ammonia nitrogen (NH4-N), the dissolved oxygen (DO), pH value, transparency (SD), total organic carbon (TOC) in diferent lake and lake-areas to realize the division and staging prevention and control the lakes MCs pollution. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The method that analyse five kinds of MCs is more economical, faster, more senstive, more accurate and more sorts of MCs compare to the fomer methods.(2) Through the MCs’analysis of the three great lake-areas water, it could found that Yunnan-Guizhou plateau lake area detected most kinds of MCs,Eastern plain lake area and Mongolia-sinkiang plateau lake area taken second place.(3) Contects of MCs shown lake which had higher TLI index in the same lake area had more sorts of MCs, contents were higher too. The TLI index of Chao lake and taihu lake were69.45and71.13, respectively, in Chao lake water, MC-RR, MC-LA and MC-LY detected higher frequency,in Tai lake MC-RR, MC-LR, MC-LA, MC-LY detected higher frequency, average TLI index of Erhai lake and Dianchi lake were63.16and54.41, respectively,5kinds of MCs are detected in Dianchi lake, four MCs (MC-RR, YR, LR, LA) were detected higher frequency in Erhai lake.(4) Rerults of principal by the lakes environmental factors, the correlation analysis and multiple regression equation analysis between MCs and environmental qene shown large differences of the impact factors in lakes environmental, the linear and relevance between MCs and environmental factors in different lakes.
