Ultra low-ash anthracite which belongs to a product of the deep ash removal, to the rarecoal of the carbon from Taixi anthracite, is an applied physical process. The deeply ashremoval of the coal is an important part of the technology of the clean coal.According to the completed study of the technological production of the ultra low-ashparticle coal, especially to the market research of the ultra low-ash coal, applying thecombined method of coal science and regular experiment of the surface dust screening, ismaking a detail analyze and research for the carbon from Taixi anthracite in Ningxia, andmaking the analyze and argumentation of the information of the clean slack coal, to ensure theresource feature of producing the Ultra low-ash slack coal. Beginning with the reelectedmethod and floatation method, by the argumentation of experimental theory to make sure theskill of ultra low-ash clean slack coal process, the subject studies and explores the industrialproduction skill of ultra low-ash clean slack coal, makes the feasibility demonstration for theindustrial production of the amount of ultra low-ash clean slack coal, and confirms scale ofproducts of the ultra low-ash clean slack coal and the amount of the washing process. The firstore dressing creates the precancerous necessary factor for enrichment and choiceness of theultra low-ash coal.According to analyze of quality of the coal and the outcome of the study ensured thespecial granularity of level, beginning with the physical potentialities of process and thegreatest extent of utilization, ultra low-ash anthracite fully utilizes the original process of skillof the factory of TaiXi coal preparation plant, keeping the current good quality of all kinds ofproducts without any influence and achieving the propose of the first ore dressing Ultralow-ash anthracite coal.Meanwhile, carbon from Taixi anthracite supports the stable raw materials for the carbon composites. industry and impels the products of downstream projects to realize the promotionof technical reformation, driving the development of carbon composites industry to lay thetheoretical foundation; makes the human beings use the current mineral resources morereasonable and prolong the service life of it; supports technological foundation for anotherultra-low ash products and makes the pushing effect on the technology of clean coal in ourcountry at some degree.
