In the experiment, the system can operate stable repeat the same intensity,produce the approximation of the isotropic turbulence, it can be discussed by vibrationgrille turbulent pollutants in water in the turbulent diffusion. To solve the question ofconcentration measurement in deep water, providing a new measuring method--thedigital image processing technique. Compared to other measuring method theadvantage of Digital image processing technology include: not to contact theconcentration field; get the concentration in different place at the same time; canobserve the change of concentration easily, etc. The treatment process of this methodincludes to change images into grayscale, filtering processing, throwing awayimpression and drawing concentration line. Using MATLAB to write the program ofdigital image processing system.In this thesis,considering the difference of horizontal and vertical diffusioncoefficient from shore vertex blow down diffusion on shore, the library pollutantconcentration distribution theory. Using the tracer to simulate the pollution in water.Taking Photos to get the concentration diffusion image in the specific times and thenusing digital image processing techniques to obtain two-dimensional isoconcentrationcontour map of pollutant concentration. To analysis the Experiment results, obtain thediffusion coefficient and checking the horn shape’s concentration distribution when β is natural.This paper combining with rivers of water environment pollution control and thewater environment function division to research encounter important research based onenvironmental hydraulics scientific questions. For the lateral and vertical diffusionconfficient of unequal condition, using the tracer diffusion experiment research tiltshore pollutant concentration distribution. For rivers and reservoirs with waterenvironment pollution control function divisions, lateral and vertical diffusioncoefficient calculation, the pollution of the mixed zone calculation, the outle would be avery broad application prospect.
