In this paper two dynamical models for disease co-infection is studied.Firstly, a nonlinear mathematical model of hepatitis and tuberculosisco-infection is established and the basic reproduction number for the systemis obtained. Local and global stability of four equilibria of the system isstudied. Then, a co-infection model of tuberculosis and HIV with saturatedimmune response is established. After calculating the basic reproductionnumber, we also studied the local and global stability of four equilibria ofthe model. The first section is the introduction part of the paper. We described thebackground and significanceof research works on theco-infection of hepatitisTB and hepatitis HIV. We also listed some important works closely related tothis topic. In the second section, according to the realistic background we set a modelfor co-infection of tuberculosis and hepatitis, and studied some basicproperties of the model such as basic reproduction number, local and globalstability of the eqiulibria. In the third section one TB and HIV co-infection model with the saturatedimmune response is studied. Some basic results on local and global stabilityof the equilibria are obtained. In the forth section, we give some numerical simulation to verify theresults of the paper. We also have a brief summary to the whole text.
