The Anisachne Keng belongs to the Pooideae, which is China’s endemic single species, mainly distributed in China’s Yunnan and Guizhou. Its systematic position in the Pooideaehas been disputed for long time.To make a clearer systematic position of different Anisachne Keng, we studiedAnisachne Keng and other genera of Poaceae through traditional and molecular systems.Inthe experiment, the characteristics of the lower epidermis of leaves and grains were observed, nuclear gene ITS and chloroplast DNA trnL-F gene fragment were used to speciesevolutionary analysis..In this study, stronger evidence was provided to further researchsystematic position of Poaceae.Based on the micromorphological study on leaf nether epidermis of53species ofPoaceae (representing32genera), We divided the taxa into four types(typeA, typeB,typeCand typed) and five subtypes. Contrasted with the classification system of Poaceae, the fourtypes equaled with Eragrostideae,Pooideae, Panicoideae, Oryzoideae. This conclusion wasconsistent with the scholars study of gramineae classification system. The leaf netherepidermis of Avena,Agrostis,Alopecurus,Phleum,Beckmannia blonged to the samesub-type.The establishment of generalized Aveae was based on the leaf morphology. The typeof leaf lower epidermis micromorphological of Anisachne Keng and Deyeuxia Clarionblonged to the same subtype, blonged to Calamagrostis s.l..Because of small influence by outside, caryopsis can provide a certain basis for systemtaxonomy by it`s stable traits. Light anatomical microscopes are used to examine caryopsisfeatures of59species (representing29genera) of Poaceae. The results showed that, theseGramineae fruit can be divided into three types and sub-types, respectively correspondingwith Pooideae, Oryzoideae, Bambusoideae, Eragrostoideae and Arundinoideae. This resultand the previous results of the study of the Gramineae is basically the same. The conclusionis that, Anisachne Keng should be alone into Calamagrostis s.l., should not in independentgenera, according to the fruit of a three-dimensional silhouette, mode of Caryopsiscompression, stylopodium persistent or whether, the shape of the ventral surface of thecaryopsis. The study of the molecular phylogeny of Anisachne Keng and other Gramineae by ITSand trnL-F gene fragment. Software ClustalX1.83was used to gene sequence comparison, and software PHYLIP-3.69was used to build the system tree. The results showed that, thesystem trees constructed by TrnL-F and ITS sequence support that Anisachne Keng should be alone into Calamagrostis s.l.. Anisachne Keng was not the independent genera. The analyses of the leaf abaxial epidermis, caryopsis morphology and molecularevidence indicade that Anisachne Keng was not the independent genera, according to the fruitof a three-dimensional silhouette and leaf epidermal characteristics, should not belonged tothe Aniselytron, the relation is very close among Anisachne, Deyeuxia, Calamagrostis, shouldbe alone into Calamagrostis s.l..
