Mid-Eastern Inner Mongolia in northern China which is including Dongwuqicounty large areas is abundant of grassland in extensive areas, this region overalllocated at XING’AN geosynclinal fold system, the regional geological conditions isfavorable, and as an important polymetallic ore belt in Inner Mongolia Area.However, because of covering with aeolian sandy soil in this area, lead to theconventional geochemical exploration methods application effect was affected to acertain extent.The prospecting practice existing shows that as long as the samplesize-processed properly and analytical indicators is reasonable, prospecting effect ofsoil survey can be demonstrated.In this thesis, we selected measurement of soil thermomagnetic componentsurvey, soil granule component survey, iron and manganese oxide study on Highland1017in Dongwuqi county of Inner Mongolia,thus try to find a more effectivegeochemical exploration technology in this area.Three different ways to draw threedifferent element contents data of Ag, Cu, Pb, Zn, Mo, As, Sb7elements, throughstatistical the element content parameter characteristics and analysis of single-elementgeochemical anomaly characteristics, elements combination unusual characteristics,and then contrast of three methods in geochemical exploration results in theregion.The investigation showed that in semi-arid grassland area with less outcropsat the surface and more aeolian sandy soil covering,the method such as soil granulecomponent survey, iron and manganese oxide and soil thermomagnetic componentsurvey all determine delineation of geochemical anomalies in different degree, and thethree methods of geochemical anomalies derived from shapeand location matchedbetter in general.But by comparing three types of method characteristics of statisticalparameters and geochemical anomaly eigenvalue, It can be found that Measurementof soil thermal and magnetic components not only can improve the element contentand abnormal strength, but also distinguish the geochemical anomaly zonality hasgood advantages and reinforce low sensitivity exception information, then can help inprospecting in grassland cover areas.By the analysis of three methods combined geochemical anomaly feature, thatcan be seen three methods for delineating geochemical anomaly outputs and rangematch better,three measurement methods in some locations have better exceptiondisplay, it indicates that geochemical anomalies in the study area is objective existing,based on the three methods of delineation, all can detect exception as the principle,delineate three integrated geochemical abnormal area can be used as a target area forfurther research.
