Along the Chengdu-Kunming railway debris flow, geological and topographical conditions is extremely complex and difficult to control, seriously affecting the safe operation of the railway. This paper aims to field investigation and assessment, through a representative on the Chengdu-Kunming Railway K178-K72853debris flow gullies zoning map of the engineering rock group, the structural outline map and mudslides maps overlay analysis to explore the impact of the debris flow the development of the main controlling factors and combination of factors that effect. On the basis of the summary of research Chengdu-Kunming Railway debris flow law based on the improved AHP and matter-element analysis theory combined evaluation model, K178-K728debris flow risk classification of the Chengdu-Kunming railway, which asked the debris flow gully adjacent the concept of distance "risk level to further refine the evaluation of debris flow precarious state, to provide a scientific basis for the mitigation and remediation of the Chengdu-Kunming Railway K178-K728debris flow warning.In this paper, the results achieved and conclusions are as follows:(1) the geological environment in the K178-K728section of the Chengdu-Kunming Railway summary and analysis section debris flow disaster-environmental and developmental characteristics of debris flow in the section of the law of development and distribution is mainly reflected in the following10areas:1) regional activities along the main fault was the law of the zonal distribution;2) along the main fault structure positions the formation of debris flow with dense;3) along the main secondary fracture the formation of debris flow gullies;4) the formation of landslides along the minor secondary faults intensive with special geological conditions;5) The regional main fault distance effect, resulting in mudslides distribution of fault distance from the regional trunk to some extent to meet the number of relationship:y=-6.151n (x)+10.34(y is the number of debris flow gully xdebris flow gully away from the regional major fault distance);6) The new tectonic movement the Vertical distribution under the influence;7) the section several strong earthquakes occurred in the vicinity of debris flow for distribution;8) formation lithology largely control the flow pattern of the debris flow characteristics, mainly developed in the hard rock dilute debris flow gully, medium-hard rock areas showing transitional features, thin and sticky significant proportion of weak rock area by viscous debris flow gully mainly Quaternary loose deposits development viscous debris flow gully;9) rainfall characteristics on the strength of the debris flow and outbreaks from the master;10) the strength of the new tectonic movement largely reflects mudslides in the area to further strengthen the trend.(2) Analysis of the section of the debris flow through field investigation and research and development of, extraction of13indicators of the Debris Flow Hazard Assessment index system:the main gully average longitudinal slope down, the basin area, basin relative height, the length of the main ditch, watershed cutting density, the main ditch bend coefficient, debris flow gully bank slope average slope of loose material moving reserves, mudslides maximum out of the loose material supply position, mudslides frequency,24-hour average rainfall and both prevention and treatment project effectiveness.(3) Based on improved AHP-matter-element analysis theory, establish the evaluation model,53debris flow gullies in the study area risk assessment results and the actual coincidence rate reached92.45%.(4) Based on matter element analysis theory "from the" concept was first introduced Debris Flow Hazard Assessment, the concept of the risk level of the adjacent range, you can further refine the evaluation results, the evaluation results are more reasonable.(5) Improved AHP method to determine the evaluation index weights, to make it more reasonable distribution, and more in line with people’s conventional language habits.
