Beginning in the United States of American, the subprime loan crisis with strongly destructiveforce, wide involvement and long time lasting has made far-reaching influence to the worldeconomies, and quickly evolved into the global financial crisis which has caused the high attentionall over the world. By exploring the formation mechanism of this financial crisis, it is not difficultto find that the systemic risk that across the financial institutions and with intercrossing feature inthe crisis does play an important role. The occurrence frequency of systemic risk in banking is veryhigh, and this kind of systemic risk is potentially devastating and immeasurably infectious. At thesame time, this crisis also fully exposed the regulators' weakness in doing systemic risk supervision. So, taking effective measures to set up the system of risk prevention becomes the problem urgentlyto be solved after the crisis. Therefore, the macro prudential supervision framework to preventsystemic risk has become one of the focuses of the post-crisis regulatory reform and it can make upthe congenital deficiencies of the traditional micro-prudential supervision that maintains the microinstitutions' robustness as the major objective. In this context, it not only has important theoreticalvalue but also has great realistic significance to deeply research the systemic risk in bankingindustry. However, the theory system of banking systemic risk management is just at the beginning offormation. A complete, scientific and theoretical interpretation system on the risk formation factors, risk measurement and risk transmission mechanism has not formed; it is still needs furtherimprovement and development. From this perspective, based on the macro prudential supervisionframework, it is a positive and beneficial important exploration to systemic risk management incommercial bank. In this paper, we first reviewed the concepts and the policy frameworks of macroprudential management and systemic risk, and by combining the new systemic risk features thatexposed by commercial banks in this crisis, we empirically researched the systemic risk in the listedcommercial banks in China. Based on China's macroeconomic and financial characteristics, and inorder to be able to provide a reasonable and powerful support to systematic risk control, we putforward some policies and proposals for the banking systemic risk prevention.
