While the developing countries the incidence of foodborne disease is difficult to calculate. In recent years, a spate of major food safety incidents, in the hearts of the people adversely affected, which had to make us think of food relative to the development of enterprises and people demand the improvement of food safety regulation is lagging behind it? In response to these negative effects of China's government has taken measures to strengthen food safety supervision. In particular, occurred in 2004 shocked the nation and the milk powder incident in Fu yang occurred in 2008, melamine milk powder incident exposed the food security situation of China's rural market is still grim.
