Provincial Bureau Of Quality Supervision Administrative Power Information System Design And Implementation Of Research

With the high-speed development of economy and politic at 21st century, all the governments face the same problem:How to improve their efficiency and provide better service to their people. E-government affairs and management information system offer a new way to solve the problem.But the so-called E-government most remains in the initial stage of information online and receiving complaints and reports online currently in our provincial authorities, which can not achieve interactions with the users online and handle the whole administrative matters process on line. So it is not the real E-government.This paper researches on the design and implement of information system of Provincial Bureau of Quality executive power on the rapid development in our era of e-government context, proposes a model of information system based on the E-government, and analyzes it in details. Change existing service management model of Provincial Bureau of Quality through the development and application of the new information system. And set a quality management and public service mechanism of user application processing and feedback, dealing with matters online, automatic assessment of job performance, and online electronic monitoring, supervision and the legal system.This paper summaries the design and implement of provincial Bureau of Quality information system periodically, and provide references for exploring the new way to improve efficiency, enhance public service capacity. And it is of certain practical value.
