The structure of organization is the effective carrier and based premise of the enterprise normal operation management functions. An enterprise whether can grow, develop and maintain the stable market competitiveness depends on whether an enterprise can take an organization structure innovation effectively. Generally speaking, when the innovation of organization structure can match the change of the enterprise development strategy, the enterprise can grow and develop continually. Conversely, because of not matched organization structure, the competitive ability in market will be severely weakened.With the development of the global economic process, the small and medium sized enterprises are playing an important economic development role among all countries in the world. In market economic, small and medium sized enterprises have high controllable ability, sensitive strain capacity and flexible mode of operation, easy to the technology innovation. Many people have predicted, in the 21 century, the small and medium sized enterprise will be the last winner in the enterprise competition. The development of small and medium sized enterprises is prospering at present. However, at the same time, we have to see the fact that the birth rate and mortality of the small and medium enterprise are both quite high. Some enterprise although have undergone the most difficult times of business beginning. In the period of further development and expansion, they have met many problems as bottleneck, unable to solve properly, such as not perfect social service system, the fierce market competition, the human resources and the financing difficulties, etc. All above these external reasons just block the development of small and medium enterprise to a certain extent. In the final reasons, from the internal perspective, the real influence factor of high attrition rate among small and medium sized enterprises is that they themselves did not realize the meaning and significance of organization structure innovation and the successful and effective related solution. Therefore, in the development and expansion road of small and medium enterprises, organization structure innovation is the indispensable cornerstone.Under these principle and objective, this essay firstly expound the research method and current situation of internal and external. Secondly, the necessity, resistance, and influence factors to process organization structure innovation are discussed in the flowing chapters. Then, stating the developing status of wood floor industry and organization structure problems. In the end, establishing innovation model and estimate system of organization structure innovation, and taking SEL enterprise as demonstration to discuss. Hoping this research can help other medium and small enterprises to process organization innovation.
