With the increasing complexity of technology and market competition, in order to survive and develop in a rapidly changing environment, most enterprises pay more attention to use team-based work systems to improve team performance, The level of team performance measuring the competitiveness of enterprises has become the deciding and important factor. This paper taking team as basis, knowledge division and knowledge sharing as intermediary variables studies the impact of transactive memory systems on team performance.Through the review of the literature related to knowledge division, knowledge sharing, transactive memory systems and team performance:transactive memory systems have a positive impact on knowledge division and knowledge sharing, and knowledge division and knowledge sharing also have a facilitating role on team performance. In the impact of research on transactive memory systems on team performance, most are the direct impact of the research on transactive memory systems on team performance, but researching the relationship between the two intermediate variables is few. Therefore, we will combine with knowledge division and knowledge sharing and transactive memory systems together to study team performance, whether transactive memory systems through knowledge sharing and knowledge division have a significant impact on team performance, so that we can understand the mechanism of transactive memory systems on team performance, in order to apply a variety of knowledge management to improve team performance better.In this paper, we put the knowledge team as the main research object, comb and learn the relevant literature of transactive memory systems, knowledge division, knowledge sharing and team performance, put forward the hypothesis that transactive memory systems influence team performance through the knowledge division, knowledge sharing, and design research and survey questionnaire. Use SPSS17.0 and AMOS7.0 analysis software to make an empirical analysis of the data. After analysis, we conclude that the main conclusion of this study, put forward some suggestions, and point out that the innovation points and limitations and some prospects of research.The main conclusions of the study:transactive memory systems can go through expertise, credibility and coordination three dimensions to measure, expertise and coordination dimension of transactive memory systems have a positive effect on team performance, while credibility dimension has no significant impact on team performance:Knowledge division in expertise dimension of transactive memory systems on the influence of team performance plays intermediary function, the knowledge sharing in expertise and coordination dimension of transactive memory systems on the influence of the team performance play intermediary role, we can see, knowledge division and knowledge sharing are important to improve the team performance.This research was supported by National Natural Science Foundation (71171037) and Ministry of Education.
