The Study Of Integrated Innovation Factors Of High-tech Industry Cluster

In recent years, as market competition becomes more serious, as propose a more severe test to the High-tech industrial clusters for the survival and development. High-tech industry, as a strategic pillar industry in China, has entered a period of rapid development, therefore that how to enhance the competitiveness of industrial clusters, and to improve the innovation capability of High-tech industrial clusters, is placed in front of us the primary problem. Integrated innovation as the most important path of innovative development for industry cluster has been widespread concern in domestic and foreign scholars.In this paper, based on previous studies, I respectively comprehensive analysis the effect of integration innovation process in High-tech industrial clusters from integration innovation of enterprise, integration of industrial clusters, regional capacity, integrated innovation performance four dimensions and a total of 24 indicators, and presents theoretical assumptions model.In the empirical analysis phase, the main targets of investigation are EMBA and MBA in DUT faculty of management and economics. Through questionnaire survey methods, return 164 of a total 182 questionnaires,152 valid questionnaires, the effective response rate to 83.53%. That provides descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis on recovery data by SPSS 13.0 software. By examining the theoretical hypothesis model, the following conclusions:integration innovation of enterprise and integrated innovation performance are positively correlated; integration of industrial clusters and integrated innovation performance are positively correlated; regional capacity and integrated innovation performance are positively correlated; integration innovation of enterprise and integration of industrial clusters are positively correlated; regional capacity and integration innovation of enterprise are positively correlated.Finally, based on the results of earlier studies, that proposed future development of policy proposals for High-tech industry cluster.
