A Study On Green Logistics Of Dangshan Crisp Pears

With the rapid development of China's economy in the 21st century, China's modern logistics has entered into a new stage of comprehensive, fast, continuous and stable development. However, natural environment has been deteriorated and resources have been wasted to a further degree, which raises a severe challenge to the sustainable development of China's economy. All these make it a necessity to develop green logistics in China.Dangshan, a county of Anhui Province, is called "the Home of Crisp Pears". Dangshan crisp pears play an essential and leading role in the county's economy, but there exist many problems in the logistics of pear industry, especially in such weak links as distribution and storage. These problems restrict the development of Dangshan pear industry. This thesis, from the view point of green logistics, mainly discusses how to solve the problems existing in the logistics of Dangshan crisp pears and how to combine the development of Dangshan's economy and environmental protection integrally in five aspects.The first part is introduction, mainly presenting the background and significance of developing green logistics of crisp pears in Dangshan and the targets, content, methods and routes of the study as well.The second part is literature review, mainly introducing the definition and theoretical basis of green logistics and the theoretical researches of green logistics made by China's scholars.The third part is about the status quo of the development of green logistics at home and abroad and agricultural products logistics. This part analyzes logistics industry in the United States, European Union, Japan and other developed countries and the main problems existing in developing agricultural products green logistics in China respectively.The fourth part introduces the status quo of the logistics of Dangshan crisp pears, including the brief introduction to Dangshan, distribution of Dangshan crisp pears and their economic, ecological and research values, and the logistics links like producing, picking, storing, transporting, packaging and processing.The fifth part points out the problems existing in developing green logistics of Dangshan crisp pears according to the concrete reality, and then gives further analysis.The sixth part is the countermeasures and suggestions about how to develop the green logistics of Dangshan crisp pears, which is aiming at solving the problems discusses in the fifth part.
