Study On The Mode Of China's Rural Land Transation

China is a country characterized by its scanty land resources per capita and sharp conflicts between population and land. It is, then, of special importance how the utility of land resources can be enhanced under the condition that the population is continuing growing, but the national territory area can not expanding.sustainable development is needed in the modern society, also in the development of agriculture. We need to promote the development of modern agriculture, achieve the goal of sustainable development of agriculture. Under this condition, agricultural land transaction is an effective way to achieve scale, it is the objective requirement to enhance the utility of the land resources and achieve the agricultural sustainable development.In order to promote the efficient transfer of land, we must adopt a resonable mode of land transantion. In this paper, based on the purpose of agricultural sustainable development,we discussed the different modes exist in China, analysed their strengths and weaknesses, combined with practical experience in Chengdu, found the optimum mode of agricultural land transaction which is land shareholding mode.In the first part, we discussed the related theories, defined the key concept of this paper and reviewed scholars'research findings on this issue.In the second part, this paper simply presented the background, discussed the constraints of agricultural land transaction, then focused on the current modes of agricultural land transaction which includes their strengths and weaknesses and causes.The third part is the core of this paper. We focused on answering how agricultural land transaction could achieve agricultural sustainable development. This part advanced the criteria to estimate the proper agricultural land transaction model under the condition of sustainable development in agriculture. Based on the criteria, we consider land shareholding mode as the reasonable and better one.In the fourth part, the paper did a case study of ChengDu's successful land shareholding mode to verify the correctness of the third part's conclusion. Also in this part, we indicated that different conditions should be combined in the practice of land shareholding mode.The fifth chapter is the conclusion of this paper, in this part we answered how to promote the agricultural land transaction to achieve the goal of agricultural sustainable development.
