In the competitive telecommunication,the whole profitability are falling down day by day, the customers arrearage has manifested itself under this serious condition, and the rate of bad accounts are also in the high figures. According to incompletely statistics,the arrearage rate in the telecommunication has reached to 30 billions,it takes high pressure to the company,at the same time,the fixed businesses are declined sorely,so the big arrearage has adversely impacted the turnover of the capital and health development of the comapny.The importance of this study is as following:The telecommunication in China has get great acheivements,and also Tableed in the overseas stock markets. According to sarbanes-oxley in U.S.A.,it reuqures the Tableed ones and should regulate the risks management,including the customers arrearage.then we can ensure our company can obtain long,steady and health development.Under the background of customers arrearage management in JS company, by detailed anlysis on the management of how to control the risks,reduce the customers'owing fee fate,improve the credit management and implore the effective mathods.We hope the telecommucations can take the most effective methods for example in the coming time.
