After reform and opening up, China has entered a stage of rapid development, especially in the past two decades, a number of powerful state-owned large enterprises have started their M & A process. Therefore, how to avoid post-merger integration failure, how to avoid the more mergers and acquisitions, the more they lose the phenomenon has become a priority. According to views that the integration process, M & A is not a one-time purchase behavior, but rather an ongoing process of integration. The value of mergers and acquisitions is the ability of both the integration of acquisitions synergies. knowledge transfer and sharing is the key to synergy in M & A integration. A large number of empirical studies have shown that improvements in corporate performance after the acquisition largely depends on the acquisition of both knowledge transfer business results.In this paper, based on previous research, presented from the perspective of social distance, M & A integration in the study of tacit knowledge transfer between business results. The author reviews the theorys on the merger integration, social distance theory, theory of knowledge transfer. On this basis, the author respectively establish three measurement indicators for knowledge transfer and social distance, and the level of depth in the theory of the merger integration of social distance on the tacit knowledge transfer mechanism to build a conceptual model, and proposed hypothesis. Then, as "Steel Line" for example, establishing the corresponding model according to the concept of structural equation model, and verify the feasibility and testing of model assumptions. Finally, empirical results, to improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer between enterprises Suggestions, mainly to enhance the diversification of cooperation between employees and the establishment of shared values of employees.
