The unity of market changes and business development calls for enterprises to make marketing based on market demands. The process of marketing requests both laws and adjustment. That is, enterprises should make out marketing plans yet without being limited too much. The reason why Low Voltage Electric A makes marketing plans is that he aims to improve sales. If the sales change a lot, it may lead to a series of troubles, even unnecessary loses. It is stable sales that may create continuous profits and the development of enterprises.This thesis analyzes the development of the low-voltage electrical market by introducing the developing trends and policies of national power; sets the developing goals of enterprises on the basis of studying consumers'behaviors and existed marketing situations of Low Voltage Electric A through SWOT; makes out marketing optimization by setting up marketing channels, improving services, expanding producing scales, establishing a sound management system, and developing effective incentive systems. As a result, it is necessary to listen to various views and suggestions. Even though there may be different views, enterprises should make efforts to have a common ground.
