The past decade has proved that the competition in the 21st century is not only the competition of information, but also the competition of human resources, especially when"people foremost"becomes more important, the role of human resources gain more attention. Leaders are critical to their companies'survival and development, so they have been the focus of academic research and business field.Since introduction of transformational leadership theory,it has attracted many concerns from both theoretical research and business field. Employees are creators of company value, their performance decide their companies'income. So how to improve employees'performance has always been focused. Based on these, I choose transformational leaders and employee's performance as my research objects.This article reviews previous literatures about definitions and dimensions of research objects, and gives my definitions. Besides, this article summarizes literatures about relationships between these variables, and based on these researches, the author proposes seven theoretical hypotheses and establish theoretical research model.By surveying more than 200 employees, the author gained data needed for empirical study. In the empirical study, reliability and validity analysis guarante quality of data gained from survey, and make research results of this article more convincing; Correlation analysis shows the simple relationships of research objects, which support further study; Key of the empirical study is to test mediating effect of psychological empowerment and moderating effect of work environment for creativity on the relationship between transformational leadership and employees'performance. The author applies structural equation model to prove psychological empowerment's mediating effect. As to moderating effect of work environment for creativity, the author applies hierarchical regression analysis; lastly, the author tries to consider the comprehensive effect of mediator and moderator. Theoretical research provides a good theory basis for the article, while the empirical study shows evidences for theoretical research, which make this article more scientific.This article has gained some valuable results. But due to limited research conditions and my own research ability it has some deficiencies, which concluded in the last part of the article.
