In this knowledge economy society, the value of knowledge is playing a growing important role. Realize the maximize value of knowledge is becoming the focus of many enterprises. The key word of knowledge sharing is transforming personal knowledge into organizational knowledge, what enhances the ability of organizational learning and innovation and contributes to organizational performance improvement. According to the flow of intellectual capital, knowledge sharing is consisting of knowledge contribution and knowledge collection. It is a mutually beneficial process. Due to the selfishness of human nature, in the absence of effective supervision and promotion of third-party case, it is difficult to achieve efficient knowledge sharing. In particular, lack of knowledge contribution has a serious impact on the improvement of organizational knowledge. The leader is the core of an organization and team, who plays a very important role in the process of knowledge creation, acquisition, sharing, application and knowledge transformation into organization's competitive advantage. Transformational leadership theory was proposed in 1980s, which has become the main theme of leadership theory and has pointed out the direction for the new era of leadership development. From the previous studies, there is a lacking in the influence of transformational leadership to the way of knowledge sharing and its promotion. Therefore, this study has a great theoretical and practical value.Based on the literature review, this paper studied the effect of transformational leadership on knowledge sharing. And at the same time, we had team psychological safety as the mediator. In this study, we used empirical method and collected our data from computer industry and outsourcing industry, which is driven by project. We sent 300 questionnaires and the number of valid questionnaire was 248. Then, we used the correlation analysis and regression analysis. The final conclusions as follows:(1) The behaviors like "moral example""vision inspired" and "charisma" of transformational leadership had significant positive contribution to knowledge sharing; and "moral example" "charisma" had significant positive contribution to knowledge collection.(2) The behaviors like "moral example""vision inspired" and "personal care" of transformational leadership had significant positive contribution to team psychological safety. (3) Team psychological safety had significant positive contribution to knowledge contribution and knowledge collection.(4) Team psychological safety played some intermediary role on the effect of transformational leadership to knowledge sharing.
